Bobby Clark is a seasoned strategist at the intersection of health, science, and public policy. As a Senior Advisor at Pyxis Partners, he brings two decades of experience helping organizations navigate complex policy landscapes, build trust, and drive impact that lasts. His work spans government affairs, regulatory strategy, stakeholder engagement, and community-driven advocacy.
Before joining Pyxis, Bobby served as Counselor to the Secretary of Health and Human Services during the Obama Administration, advising on science and public health policy, including major initiatives like the Precision Medicine Initiative and Cancer Moonshot. He also held senior policy roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and worked in PwC’s Health Research Institute, where he focused on regulatory and market dynamics in life sciences and healthcare.
In addition to his role at Pyxis, Bobby teaches health policy at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, mentoring the next generation of health leaders.
Bobby graduated in 2002 with high honors from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey at New Brunswick with a dual degree in political science and sociology. He earned a master’s of public policy degree from Georgetown University in 2006, where he specialized in healthcare policy and studied international management at Oxford University.
