Brandy Thibodeaux
Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, Project Manager at Pyxis Partners, Brandy supports the firm’s work with the National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Research Program.
Previously, Brandy worked at Baylor College of Medicine as a program manager for their All of Us Research Program engagement efforts. In this role, she assisted leadership with strategic planning initiatives and facilitated collaborations with academic institutions and community organizations. Brandy brings a wealth of project management experience across various industries including higher education, social services, and local government. She has experience successfully developing direct service programming and managing multi-million dollar grant programs.
Brandy is passionate about work that serves and uplifts underrepresented groups. She is a twice-trained DEI facilitator and is an alum of Harwood’s Public Innovators Lab for Turning Outward, a workshop focused on taking a proactive, community-focused approach to community issues. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and M.B.A. at Our Lady of the Lake University where she serves as the Houston cohort lead. Outside of work, Brandy enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as reading and traveling.
