Eric Green

Eric Green was recently hired as the Operations Manager for Pyxis Partners, but he comes to us with well over a decade of experience in operations management. Mr. Green is a seasoned professional who has held other executive leadership roles within well regarded organizations such as C Squared Systems, Wisetek Solutions, and the National Archives Foundation to name a few. Within those prior roles, he has demonstrated a unique ability to improve employee retention by creating new program development initiatives, as well as reorganize and simplify complicated employee hierarchies. He has a track record for cutting costs and reallocating manpower where it is needed most. He has also successfully streamlined the hiring and reassignment process, which has had the effect of boosting employee morale and time-to-hire, while boosting company profits.

By way of background, Mr. Green resides in Washington, DC, but he was born and raised in Boston, MA and is one of four siblings. He served in the U.S. Army from 1993 to 2001 and received his Bachelor’s in Political Science from Morgan State University after being honorably discharged. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and tennis player and enjoys advocating for better overall health and mental well-being in others. His greatest joys are fine dining, travel, fine arts, and interior design.
