Karen Levin

Karen Levin serves as the President for Pyxis Partners, enhancing and supporting the firm with business and operations management and financial planning. She has served in lead finance

positions at top DC professional services firms for over 25 years, including VP of Finance and Finance Director, and has deep and significant experience in firm budgeting, P&L management and forecasting, client and vendor management, contract negotiations, new business and client budgeting, cash flow oversight and developing financial processes.

Born and raised in Texas, Karen graduated from The American University in Washington, DC, where she remained to begin her career in DC and develop it over three decades. Karen currently resides with her husband and three dogs in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Karen is a passionate animal welfare activist, board member of Congregation Beth-El in Bennington, Vermont, and is an ally and lifelong activist for the BLM and the LGBTQI communities.
