Lenee Simon, MPH

Senior Associate

Lenee Simon is a Senior Associate, Engagement at Pyxis Partners and supports the All of Research Program partnerships and community engagement strategy. Lenee has a background in stakeholder engagement promoting public health improvement at the national, regional and community levels. Lenee has worked on national public health education, outreach, and quality improvement programs, including enhanced dissemination and utilization of cardiovascular health science at the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute at NIH.


Lenee’s professional experiences have supported Federal programs for women’s health improvement, and cardiovascular health education programs in urban and medically underserved communities. At the local level, Lenee supported project implementation for a regional HIV primary care quality improvement collaborative in New York City, and developmental activities to support a community health worker train-the-trainer initiative in Baltimore City, Maryland communities. In addition, Lenee managed a regional stakeholder feedback engagement process to update 10-year national health improvement objectives and targets to impact multiple health conditions and public health and healthcare topics.


Lenee completed a Master of Public Health Degree from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University. In her free time, Lenee enjoys cultural and performing arts.
