Meredith Wilson, MPP

Senior Associate

As an Engagement Associate, Meredith supports the firm’s work on the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) All of Us Research Program. While a fellow at Pyxis Partners, Meredith continued supporting work with the NIH, as well as contributed to the firm’s health policy series on pressing healthcare issues. Prior to joining the Pyxis team, Meredith worked as a COVID-19 contact tracer for the Fairfax County Health Department. She has additional experience with direct patient care as a former certified nursing assistant at VCU Health.


Meredith graduated with her BS in Neuroscience in May 2020 from Virginia Tech where she was an undergraduate research assistant in the Cognitive, Affect, and Psychophysiology (CAP) Lab. The research she supported focused on early childhood development. She will be finishing her Master of Public Policy from George Mason University in August 2022, while also obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Biodefense. With a concentration in health policy, Meredith was nominated to showcase her policy and health skills by working with a team during the 2021 Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA) Baton Student Pandemic Simulation. 


Meredith resides in the Northern Virginia area with her partner Matt and their two cats. In her free time, she loves to read, bake sweet treats, and spend time outdoors.
