We are proud to have launched a new series that brings together leaders from the arts and entertainment, politics, science, not-for-profits, and industry to share their experiences on how community has inspired their life and work.
We kicked off our speaker’s series by celebrating LGBTQ+ Pride and Juneteenth and welcoming Queer artist, Margaret Rose Vendryes, an accomplished artist, art historian, and professor. She talked about her African Diva Project and the glass ceilings she had to break to achieve success and become a leader in her field.
